- 1. In a medium bowl, marinate the meat with cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice cooking wine. Mix until well combined, set aside.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients, set aside.
- 3. Heat peanut oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook and brown the beef for 1-2 minutes each side, then transfer the beef into a plate, set aside.
- 4. Add garlic into a skillet, cook for 20 seconds and add broccoli, and cook for 1 minute. Pour the sauce, stir to a simmer and then add the beef. Cook until the sauce is thickened and bubbling. Turn the heat off.
- 5. Serve immediately with rice.
