Beef Fajitas with Cilantro Sauce image

"I found this recipe in the newspaper and made some variations," says Rebecca Sodergren of Wichita Falls, Texas. "The jalapeno pepper gives just the slightest bit of zing to the otherwise cool, refreshing sauce."

I'm not a fan of cilantro, but I really enjoyed the cilantro sauce in this recipe. It was so flavorful and complemented the beef perfectly.

These fajitas were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. He said the beef was cooked perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. I would make this recipe again, but I would use less chili powder.
