Steps:
- 1. Salt and pepper meat and brown lightly in heavy skillet.
- 2. Add onions, pepper and mushrooms and brown lightly.
- 3. Pour beer over all, stir in ketchup and mustard.
- 4. Cover tightly and simmer slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
