This is a quick and easy dinner recipe that'll surely impress your family or guests. The meat is really tender and the mix of the gravies really makes for a wonderful flavor combination. I topped my beef tips with some broccoli, but add whatever vegetable is your family favorite or you have on hand.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in a large deep pot. Brown beef, remove from pot then drain oil off.
- 2. Return beef to pot. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and all three packages of gravy mixes.
- 3. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer over medium-low heat until meat is tender, usually at least an hour. Stir frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom.
- 4. Serve over hot rice.
- 5. *Note* Don't add salt. Gravy mixes have plenty.
