Steps:
- 1. Chop onion and peppers. Place in a dutch oven with the brats and butter. Cover with beer.
- 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until brats are cooked.
- 3. Remove brats and set aside the beer mixture. Grill brats until they get the lovely brown grill marks, then return them to the beer mixture.
- 4. Serve brats in a good sized brat bun with spicy brown mustard, or your condiment of choice. Enjoy!
