4 fajita-size (6-inch) flour tortillas
1/3 cup seedless raspberry all-fruit jam
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved, or quartered if large
1 cup blueberries

I'm not a big fan of berry pizza, but this recipe was actually really good! The crust was crispy and the berries were perfectly sweet. The mascarpone cheese added a nice touch of creaminess. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

This pizza was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would use less sugar next time. The crust was also a bit too thick for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.
