BEST-EVER BANANA BARS
We sometimes like to spread these bars with cream cheese icing,but they're also great just the way they are,warm from the oven.

Steps:
- 1. Combine flour,sugar,baking soda and salt ina large mixing bowl;set aside. Mix bananas,shortening,eggs and vanilla in another mixing bowl;blend well. Add banana mixture to flour mixture;stir until just moistened. pour into greased 15"x10" baking sheet;bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. or until center springs back when touched. Cut into bars.
