This stir-fry is a great way to use up leftover steak. I had some flank steak that I cooked the night before, and it was perfect for this dish. The cabbage and sauce helped to tenderize the steak, and it was delicious.

I love the addition of the ginger and garlic to this dish. They add a nice depth of flavor. I also like the fact that the recipe calls for a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. It makes the sauce nice and glossy.

This dish is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. The cabbage and broccoli are hidden in the sauce, and the beef is so flavorful that they won't even notice they're eating vegetables.

I love how versatile this dish is. I used broccoli instead of cabbage, and it turned out great. I also added some red pepper flakes for a little extra heat. This is a dish that I can easily customize to my liking.

This is one of the easiest stir-fries I've ever made, and it's also one of the tastiest. I used flank steak, which was cooked in minutes, and the cabbage cooked quickly as well. The sauce was simple to make, and it really brought the dish together. I
