A TO Z BREAD
My Grandmother gave me this recipe many years ago, I know she made many of them, not sure about eggplant, tapioca, tomato or yogurt, but probably the remaining ones. I remember the lemon bread as being one of her favorites. Come up with your own A to Z and let me know. There is no i,j,k,n,q,u,v, or w. I'm thinking quince jam for q nuts, additional 1/2 c for n (is that cheating?) jam for j walnuts for w (pushing it ???)

- Follow the Recipe: Bread baking is a precise process, so it's important to follow the recipe carefully. Don't substitute ingredients or change the measurements, as this could affect the outcome of your bread.
- Proofing: Proofing is a crucial step in bread baking. It allows the dough to rise and develop its flavor. Make sure you proof the dough in a warm place, free from drafts.
- Baking Temperature: The baking temperature is also important. Different types of bread require different temperatures, so check the recipe carefully. A good oven thermometer can help you ensure that your oven is at the correct temperature.
