½ cup orange juice (store bought or freshly squeezed)
¾ cup sugar (granulated)
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon orange zest

Steps:

1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (optional)

Steps:

  • Rinse cranberries, place in 2-quart pan with water.
  • Stir in Splenda Crystal Lite Orange powder, cinnamon, raspberry gelatin and unflavored gelatin if desired.

½ cup brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 medium orange, finely zested, divided
1 crystallized ginger
¼ cup chopped pecans
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon (such as Supreme Saigon®)

Steps:

  • Combine orange juice and both sugars in a saucepan over medium heat and allow the sugar to melt down. Add cranberries, 3/4 of the orange zest, and crystallized ginger.
