Tips:

  • Choose the right carrots: Select fresh, firm carrots for the best results. Baby carrots are a great option as they are already peeled and cut.
  • Prepare the carrots properly: Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into uniform pieces. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Use a little oil: Drizzle the carrots with a small amount of oil to help them crisp up. You can use olive oil, avocado oil, or even melted butter.
  • Season to taste: Add your favorite seasonings to the carrots before cooking. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper are all good options.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket: Cook the carrots in batches if necessary to ensure that they are evenly cooked.
  • Shake the basket during cooking: This will help the carrots cook evenly and prevent them from sticking to the basket.
  • Cook until tender: The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the carrots. Check them frequently and remove them from the air fryer when they are tender-crisp.

Conclusion:

Air fryer carrots are a healthy and delicious side dish that can be enjoyed as part of a meal or as a snack. They are easy to make and can be customized to your taste preferences.
