1 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 cup dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Measure all ingredients & combine.
