ALIñO PREPARADO/ SEASONING OR RUB
I first started using this in Venezuela and when we moved back to the U.S. I wanted to make my own as I did not expect to find it here. I use it in my Arroz con Pollo( Rice with Chicken), which is a Peruvian dish and it really enhances the flavors.

BBQ SPICE RUB
This rub is so simple! It's made with the everyday spices you have in your cupboard. I rub it on everything from chicken to pork to burgers to steak. I keep it in a Ziploc® bag in the freezer. It's always ready to go! Double or triple your ingredients so you always have it on hand.

Tips:
- Use the right amount of Alio Preparado: Too much can overpower the other ingredients, while too little will not provide enough flavor. A good rule of thumb is to start with 1 tablespoon per pound of meat or vegetables and adjust to taste.
- Let the Alio Preparado do its work: After applying the seasoning, allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight, to allow the flavors to fully penetrate the food.
- Be creative with your Alio Preparado: This seasoning is not just for meat and vegetables. It can also be used to flavor soups, stews, sauces, and even popcorn.
- Store Alio Preparado properly: Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This will help to preserve its flavor and prevent it from spoiling.
