Check on the loaf after 1 hr by putting a knife through the middle, if it comes out clean the loaf is cooked, if not leave it in a little longer.

Tips:
- Prepare your ingredients and equipment beforehand: Measure and set aside all ingredients, and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal of the bars once they are baked.
- Use ripe bananas: Overripe bananas will add sweetness and moisture to your bars. Mash them well with a fork until they are smooth and creamy.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can result in tough bars. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake until the edges are golden brown: The center of the bars should still be slightly soft when you remove them from the oven. They will continue to set as they cool.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting: This will help them to hold their shape and prevent them from crumbling.
