◦1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
◦4 large eggs
◦2 large egg yolks
◦2 cups granulated sugar
◦1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the filling:
◦16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
◦1 & 1/2 cups granulated sugar
◦1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
◦6 large eggs
◦1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
◦2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Instructions To make the brownies: Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly butter a 9″x 13″ baking pan. Line with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg, unbeaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
