Tips:

  • Choose the right apples: Firm, tart apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp are best for apple cider bread or muffins.
  • Peel and core the apples: This will help the apples cook evenly and prevent the bread or muffins from becoming too mushy.
  • Use fresh apple cider: Fresh apple cider will give your bread or muffins the best flavor. If you can't find fresh apple cider, you can use store-bought apple juice, but the flavor will be less intense.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bread or muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread or muffins at the right temperature: The bread or muffins should be baked at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help the bread or muffins rise and brown properly.
  • Let the bread or muffins cool completely before serving: This will help the bread or muffins set and make them easier to slice.

Conclusion:

Apple cider bread or muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat.
