6 (8 inch) flour tortillas

½ cup butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar

½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup butter

2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each ) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups sour cream
1 cup 2% milk
