Tips:
- Ensure your oven is preheated to the correct temperature before baking the buns. This helps ensure even cooking and a crispy crust.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Freshly grated Asiago cheese and crispy bacon bits make all the difference.
- Don't overwork the dough. Overworking can make the buns tough. Mix the ingredients until just combined, then knead for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size. This allows the yeast to work its magic and create light, fluffy buns.
- Brush the buns with melted butter before baking. This helps create a golden-brown crust.
- Bake the buns until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped.
- Let the buns cool slightly before slicing and serving.
