Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your dish the best flavor. If possible, try to use organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the shrimp, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the shrimp from cooking evenly.
  • Cook the shrimp until they are opaque: The shrimp are done cooking when they are opaque and pink. Do not overcook them, or they will become tough.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: The vegetables in this dish add flavor, color, and texture. Feel free to use any vegetables that you like.
  • Make sure the rice is cooked properly: The rice should be cooked according to the package directions. If the rice is too soft or too hard, it will ruin the dish.
