Fresh tradtional Alfredo Sauce. I know that everyone and their dog has an Alfredo Sauce. I got this recipe from a little Italian lady that took me under her wing to teach me how to cook good Italian food. She learned how to cook from the old country and cooked professionally in Victoria, BC until she retired. Enjoy!

1/4 quart of fresh whipping cream

  • Add Cream.
  • Melt in slowly at least 4 Tbsp of paramesan or Tbsp for every person over 4 people, i.e. 6 people - 6 Tbsp.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients, especially the Parmesan cheese. Freshly grated Parmesan will give you the best flavor.
  • Don't boil the cream. Keep the heat on low and stir constantly, or the cream may curdle.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce, not the other way around. This will help prevent the sauce from getting watery.
  • Serve Alfredo sauce immediately. It's best when it's hot and creamy.
  • If you have leftover Alfredo sauce, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat it gently over low heat, stirring constantly.

Conclusion:

Alfredo sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on a variety of pasta dishes. It's quick and easy to make, and it's sure to please everyone at your table. Whether you're making a classic fettuccine Alfredo or something more creative, these tips will help you make the best Alfredo sauce possible.
