2 avocados, chopped
6 radishes, chopped
6 scallions or 6 green onions, chopped

1/3 cup fresh lime juice (~ 2 limes)

  • Number Of Servings:makes about 3 cups of dip.
  • Preparation Time:depends on if you have a food processor!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe avocados: Look for avocados that are dark green or black in color, and slightly soft to the touch. Avoid avocados that are too hard or have brown spots.
  • Use canned black beans: Canned black beans are a convenient and time-saving option. Rinse them well before using to remove any excess salt.
  • Add flavor with spices: Experiment with different spices to add flavor to your dip. Some good options include chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley can brighten up the flavor of your dip. Add them just before serving for the best flavor.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers: This dip is perfect for serving with tortilla chips, vegetable crudités, or pita bread.
