Tips:
- Choose the Right Bread: Stale bread or croissants are ideal for baked brunch sandwiches. They hold up well in the oven and provide a flaky, buttery texture.
- Don't Overcrowd the Pan: Make sure to leave enough space between the sandwiches in the baking dish so that they can cook evenly.
- Use Fresh Ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the tastier the sandwiches will be. Choose high-quality cheese, meat, and vegetables.
- Add Some Herbs or Spices: A sprinkle of herbs or spices can add extra flavor to the sandwiches. Try rosemary, thyme, or paprika.
- Don't Overcook: Keep a close eye on the sandwiches while they're baking. Overcooking can cause the bread to become dry or the cheese to become rubbery.
