1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper

  • Shell prawns and devein.
  • Split prawns lengthwise from underside.
  • Wash and pat dry.

2 cups plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
8 ounces linguine or 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked

Steps:
