BAKED CREAMY SPINACH DIP
I'm a fan of classic dishes but frequently tweak them a bit to suit my family's tastes. My cheesy spinach dip is a little lighter than other versions I've seen and pairs well with bagel chips. -Jenn Tidwell, Fair Oaks, California

CREAMY CHEESY SPINACH DIP
This recipe doesn't contain mayo or sour cream like most, so it's very cheesy and very delicious. I'm asked for the recipe every time I make it. For those who don't want a strong cheese like Cheddar, you can replace it with anything you like or even leave it out altogether. I like adding the Cheddar because it adds color and a little more flavor.

Tips:
- Use fresh spinach: Fresh spinach has a more vibrant flavor than frozen spinach. If using frozen spinach, thaw it completely and squeeze out excess moisture before using.
- Don't overcook the spinach: Overcooked spinach will become mushy and lose its flavor. Cook the spinach just until it is wilted.
- Use a good quality cream cheese: A good quality cream cheese will make the dip smooth and creamy. Avoid using low-fat or fat-free cream cheese, as it will not produce the same results.
- Use a variety of cheeses: Using a variety of cheeses will give the dip a more complex flavor. Try using a combination of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Season the dip to taste: Be sure to season the dip to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add other seasonings, such as cayenne pepper, paprika, or cumin.
- Serve the dip warm: Serve the dip warm so that the cheese is melted and gooey. You can reheat the dip in the oven or microwave before serving.
Conclusion:
Baked cream cheese spinach dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for parties and gatherings. With its creamy texture and flavorful combination of cheese and spinach, this dip is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a tasty snack or appetizer, give baked cream cheese spinach dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
