- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Rinse chicken and place in a shallow casserole dish or 9X13 pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt.

- Mix flour, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. One at a time, put chicken pieces in bag, seal and shake to coat.
