- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Combine the paprika, parsley, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Place the chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish, and coat with the vegetable oil; arrange skin-side up. Sprinkle evenly with the spice mixture.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Steps:
- 1. Place chicken breasts in roasting pan, Rub the skin well with the crushed garlic,then discard garlic.
- 2. Mix all dry spice & Brown sugar with 2 Tablespoons of Very warm water, Mix well -- apply coating to the top of chicken skin.
- 3. Roast chicken 350 till done.40 mins.
- 4. Add - some chicken broth (about 1/2 C) into roasting pan. Then place chicken on serving plate.
- 5. Heat pan to medium high heat on burner, be careful, stir broth in pan with a wooden cooking spoon. Remove pan from heat.
- 6. Pour sauce over chicken, after removing from pan.
