1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup hot water
2 1/2 tablespoons golden brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9x5x3 inch metal baking pan. Whisk 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Whisk next 5 ingredients in large bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients; stir to blend. Transfer batter to the pan. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and brown sugar. 1 cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon almond extract

¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour 8x4 inch loaf pan.

3 bananas (mashed)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Set aside.
  • Add in eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
