1-1/2 cups 2% milk
4 large eggs, room temperature
FROSTING:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Whipped topping, sliced bananas, optional
