BANANA FRUIT LOAF
I found this gorgeous recipe in Ruth Isabel Ross' "Irish Baking Book", which I had originally given to my mum as a birthday present when spending a year abroad in Ireland. It is easy to make and just tastes so fruity. =)

- Bake the banana bread at a moderate temperature: Baking the banana bread at a moderate temperature (350°F) will help it to cook evenly without overbrowning.
