Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 vanilla bean
3 oz tequila
2 oz triple sec
2 oz coconut milk
4 bananas, large
12 oz frozen limeade, canned
6 c ice
course sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Scrape vanilla bean into blender along with tequila, triple sec, coconut milk, frozen limeade, ice and 3 bananas.
  • 2. Blend until frozen consistency
  • 3. Add sugar to rims of glasses
  • 4. Pour margarita into glasses and garnish with sliced banana.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your margarita will be.
  • Use fresh lime juice: Fresh lime juice is essential for a great margarita. Bottled lime juice will not give you the same flavor.
  • Chill your ingredients: Chilling your ingredients will help to make your margarita more refreshing.
  • Don't over-blend your margarita: Over-blending will make your margarita too icy and slushy.
  • Garnish your margarita with a lime wedge or a banana slice: This will add a pop of color and flavor to your drink.

Conclusion:

Banana margaritas are a delicious and refreshing cocktail that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like your margaritas sweet, sour, or somewhere in between, there is a banana margarita recipe out there for you. So next time you are looking for a fun and festive drink, give a banana margarita a try.
