2 medium ripe bananas
1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sugar
4 ounces silver or gold tequila

  • Put all of the ingredients except for the ice in a blender jar and purée until smooth. Do this in two equal batches, if needed. Serve over crushed ice in stemmed glasses.NOTE: To crack ice cubes, put them in a heavy plastic bag, remove air from the bag, seal it, then put the bag on a cutting board.
