BARB'S CHOCOLATE SAUCE
If you like a sweet chocolate sauce this is for you. It has been used over ice cream, angel food cake, brownies, and spoons! It's easy to make and stores well in the refrigerator. I usually do a double recipe and store in the refrigerator until we are out. Enjoy.

BARB'S FIRECRACKERS
I needed something to bring to my niece's 4th of July party. I wanted something portable, simple to make, and of course really tasty! I love Mexican food so this recipe in inspired from south of the border, yet created in New England. You can adjust the heat on the recipe by using a hotter or milder taco seasoning.

- Stir refried beans and taco seasoning mix together in a bowl. Place soft cream cheese in a separate bowl and stir until the cream cheese is workable; thoroughly mix in the prepared guacamole.
- Lay a tortilla onto a work surface and spread with 1/2 cup of bean mixture in a smooth, even layer; top with 1/2 cup of guacamole mix in a layer. Roll up the tortilla into a log and moisten the far edge with a little water to seal. Wrap rolled tortillas tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, 1 hour to overnight.

Tips:
- Prep your ingredients beforehand: This will make the assembly process much smoother and quicker.
- Choose the right bread: The type of bread you use can make a big difference in the final sandwich. Look for a bread that is sturdy enough to hold up to the fillings, but not too thick or chewy.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different fillings: The possibilities are endless! Try different combinations of meats, cheeses, vegetables, and spreads to create your own unique sandwiches.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your sandwiches.
- Don't overcrowd the sandwiches: Less is more when it comes to fillings. Too much filling will make the sandwiches difficult to eat.
- Cut the sandwiches in half or quarters before serving: This will make them easier to eat and more manageable.
