Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
  • Use Fresh Herbs: Fresh herbs add a lot of flavor to this dish, so don't skip them if you can help it. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but be sure to use half the amount.
  • Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken is a delicate protein, so it's important to not overcook it. Otherwise, it will become dry and tough. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Use a Good Quality Olive Oil: Olive oil is a key ingredient in this dish, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for an olive oil that is extra virgin and has a fruity flavor.
  • Serve Immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The chicken will be at its most tender and the sauce will be at its most flavorful.
