1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup sweet kernel corn (canned or frozen)
1/2 green pepper (finely diced)
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup french fried onions
2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

Steps:

  • Mix the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, green pepper, and barbecue sauce until combined.
  • Pour mixture into a large casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.
  • Place the dish in the oven loosely covered with foil and bake at 375˚F for 25 minutes.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (16 ounces) frozen corn, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil; transfer to an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Drain skillet, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. In drippings, saute onion, green pepper and celery until tender. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; add to vegetables. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. , Cover and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with corn. Bake 18-20 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear and corn is tender.

1 (12 ounce) box tri-color spiral pasta
1 cup honey barbecue sauce
1 (14 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French style green beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink inside; cool for 5 minutes; then dice.

¾ cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups cooked shredded chicken ((about 1 lb, rotisserie chicken works great))
12 ounces BBQ Sauce (1 bottle)
1 bunch green onions (diced)
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare instant mashed potatoes as directed on package.

4 cups cooked rice
1 red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 whole store bought rotisserie-cooked chicken
2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
2 teaspoons barbecue seasoning
8 ounces beer
2 (10 ounce) cans Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
