Tips for Making the Best BBQ Burgers in Lettuce Wraps:

  • Use high-quality ground beef: Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean, as this will produce a juicy and flavorful burger.
  • Season the beef well: Before cooking, season the ground beef with a generous amount of salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. This will help to enhance the flavor of the burgers.
  • Don't overcook the burgers: Cook the burgers over medium heat until they are cooked to your desired doneness. Overcooked burgers will be dry and tough.
  • Use fresh lettuce wraps: Lettuce wraps are a great way to enjoy burgers without the added calories of a bun. Choose fresh, crisp lettuce leaves that are large enough to hold all of the burger ingredients.
  • Load up on your favorite toppings: The great thing about lettuce-wrapped burgers is that you can load them up with all of your favorite toppings. Some popular choices include cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato, and onion.
