Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use ripe, fresh tomatoes. Roma tomatoes are a good choice because they are meaty and have fewer seeds.
  • If you don't have time to roast your own tomatoes, you can use canned diced tomatoes. Just be sure to drain them well before adding them to the salsa.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of chili powder and cumin to your taste. If you like it spicy, add more chili powder. If you prefer a milder flavor, use less.
  • You can also add other ingredients to your salsa, such as chopped onions, cilantro, or jalapenos. Get creative and make it your own!
  • Store your salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.

Conclusion:

Salsa chicken fiesta is a delicious and easy meal that is perfect for busy weeknights. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken. The salsa is flavorful and versatile, and it can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, beans, or tortillas. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give salsa chicken fiesta a try. You won't be disappointed!
