1/2 cup cold water
1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Additional salsa, if desired
Sour cream, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and cold water until soft dough forms. Press evenly in bottom of pan.

8 ounce jar taco sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Spray an 8 x 8-inch (or 9 x 9) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Begin browning and crumbling ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once fully cooked, drain excess grease.
  • Combine cooked (and drained) ground beef with taco sauce (I just do this right in the pan so as not to create any more dirty dishes.)
  • In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
