Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease baking dish.
- Cook and stir onions and butter in skillet over low heat until onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup of the cheese and the onions in baking dish.
- Beat eggs, milk, baking mix, salt and pepper until well blended.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese to within 1 inch from edge. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. The pie can be done even though some melted cheese adheres to knife.
BISQUICK IMPOSSIBLE TUNA PIE
Steps:
- Heat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Grease 10x1½ inch pie plate. Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomatoes.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Sprinkle tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the onion in pie plate.
- In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except tomato with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with tomato slices and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
