Tips:

  • Use a variety of beans. This recipe calls for black and white beans, but you can use any type of bean you like. Some other good options include kidney beans, pinto beans, or navy beans.
  • Don't be afraid to add some heat. If you like spicy food, feel free to add a jalapeño pepper or some cayenne pepper to the chili. You can also add a can of diced green chilies.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. Chicken is best when it's cooked through but still tender. Overcooked chicken will be tough and dry.
  • Let the chili simmer for a while. The longer the chili simmers, the more flavorful it will be. Aim to simmer the chili for at least 30 minutes, but you can simmer it for longer if you have time.
  • Serve the chili with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and chopped cilantro.

Conclusion:

This black and white bean chicken chili is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover chicken. So next time you're looking for a hearty and flavorful chili recipe, give this one a try. You won't be disappointed!
