CK'S KORNER PUB BLOODY MARY (BLOODY CAESAR)

Ck's Korner Pub Bloody Mary (Bloody Caesar) image

This is probably the most asked for drink we make. Its the best for a hangover and also makes a great drink early in the day ;--) or anytime for that matter. It makes a gallon so be prepared to share. We serve them with a stalk of celery and a skewer with an olive a cheese chunk and a pepperoni chunk. We don't make them very spicy because everyone likes different levels of heat. You can always add more heat to your glass. If you like them hot use peppered vodka or just up the dashes of hot sauce. We call it a meal in a glass, with a kick. (I've also occasionally added lime juice, a lime wedge or even horseradish to these, based on customer request.)

Tips:

  • Always use fresh ingredients whenever possible. This will ensure that your Bloody Caesar is as flavorful and refreshing as possible.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of vodka. There are many different vodkas on the market, so you can find one that suits your taste preferences.
  • If you don't have any clamato juice on hand, you can substitute tomato juice. However, clamato juice is the traditional ingredient for a Bloody Caesar, so it's best to use it if you can.
  • Garnish your Bloody Caesar with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include celery stalks, olives, pickles, and bacon. You can also add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice for extra flavor.
  • Serve your Bloody Caesar immediately after it's made. This will prevent the ice from melting and watering down the drink.

Conclusion:

The Bloody Caesar is a classic brunch cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and can be customized to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a refreshing and flavorful drink, give the Bloody Caesar a try.
