Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken tenders. Look for tenders that are evenly sized and free of any blemishes.
  • Marinate the chicken tenders. Marinating the chicken tenders in buttermilk or a flavorful marinade will help to keep them moist and tender.
  • Coat the chicken tenders in flour. Coating the chicken tenders in flour will help to create a crispy crust.
  • Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil. Frying the chicken tenders in hot oil will help to create a crispy crust and juicy interior.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. Overcrowding the pan will cause the chicken tenders to steam instead of fry, resulting in a soggy crust.
  • Serve the chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce. Blue cheese dressing is a classic choice, but you can also try ranch dressing, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce.
