1/2 cup butter
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips (2 cups)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup blueberry jam
1/4 cup almonds, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside. In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of the white baking pieces (do not stir). Set aside.

3 cups dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut oil
