1 (5.3 ounce) container blueberry skyr (such as Siggi's®)
2 eggs
1 ½ tablespoons honey
2 large lemons, zested
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

1 egg

2 tablespoons coarse sugar or additional granulated sugar, if desired

Steps:
