Tips:
- Choose the right jar: Wide-mouth jars work best for layering ingredients.
- Layer ingredients in a specific order: Start with a liquid layer, then add yogurt or cottage cheese, followed by toppings like granola and fruit.
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh fruits and vegetables will give your breakfast jar the best flavor.
- Don't overfill the jar: Leave some space at the top of the jar for easy eating.
- Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours before eating: This will allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
- Get creative with your toppings: There are endless possibilities for toppings, so feel free to experiment and find what you like best.
- Make it a complete meal: Add a protein source like Greek yogurt or nuts to make your breakfast jar more filling.
