Tips:

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Before you start cooking, make sure all of your ingredients are prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. This is especially important for the vegetables and herbs.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Pan: When cooking the quiche or pizza, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the food from cooking evenly.
  • Cook the Quiche or Pizza Until Golden Brown: Bake the quiche or pizza until the crust is golden brown and the center is set. This will ensure that the dish is cooked through.
  • Let the Quiche or Pizza Cool Before Slicing: Allow the quiche or pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing. This will help to keep the filling from spilling out.
