Tips for Making Buffalo Ranch Deviled Eggs

  • Use fresh, hard-boiled eggs. Older eggs will be more difficult to peel and the yolks may be dry and crumbly.
  • Peel the eggs carefully. To prevent the eggs from cracking, place them in a bowl of cold water as soon as they are cooked. Then, use a spoon to gently loosen the shells under cold running water.
  • Make sure the yolk mixture is smooth. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the yolks until they are completely smooth. If the mixture is too lumpy, it will be difficult to spread.
  • Add your favorite toppings. Buffalo ranch deviled eggs are a great way to use up leftover buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. You can also add other toppings, such as crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, or diced celery.
  • Serve the eggs immediately or chill them for later. Buffalo ranch deviled eggs can be served immediately after they are made, or they can be chilled for up to 2 days. If you are chilling the eggs, be sure to cover them tightly so that they don't dry out.
