Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Canola Oil (for frying)
1 head Garlic (peeled)
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
½ cup Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
¼ teaspoon Dried Basil
¼ teaspoon Dried Marjoram
¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Take a resealable bag and add the wings, oil, salt, and pepper to it. Seal the bag and shake it for a minute so that the wings get covered with the marination.

  • Pour canola oil in a large skillet so it covers about an inch of it. Heat the oil to a temperature of 375℉.

  • Fresh Ingredients: Use the freshest ingredients possible. This will greatly improve the flavor of your sauce.
  • Butter: Use unsalted butter so you can control the amount of salt in the sauce.
  • Garlic: Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh garlic, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Lemon Juice: Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh lemon juice, you can use 1 tablespoon of bottled lemon juice.
  • Parmesan Cheese: Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor. If you don't have freshly grated Parmesan cheese, you can use 1/2 cup of pre-grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cooking Temperature: Cook the sauce over medium heat. This will help prevent the butter from burning.
