3 tablespoons chili powder

2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno peppers
2 teaspoons pressed garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can light red kidney beans, drained
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic

1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 (28 0z) can whole tomatoes, undrained and broken up
1 can (29 oz) tomato puree
2 cans (15 oz each) dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 oz) hominy
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Steps:

  • To make chili: Warm olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Saute chicken until cooked. Cook for 3 minutes or until onions are tender. 1 (1 lb) package extra-wide pasta noodles, cooked and cooled
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped into two inch pieces
1 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced thin
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
