Provided by rejadez

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground veal
1/2 pound ground beef
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped and sauteed
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, except olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil in large saute pan over medium-high heat. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and fry until golden brown. (Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels.)

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ground beef. The better the beef, the better the meatballs will be. Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean. You can also use a combination of beef and pork, or beef and veal.
  • Don't overwork the meat. Overworking the meat will make the meatballs tough. Mix the ingredients together just until they are combined.
  • Chill the meatballs before cooking. This will help them hold their shape while cooking.
  • Cook the meatballs in a hot oven. This will help them brown evenly and prevent them from drying out.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. Give the meatballs plenty of space so they can cook evenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meatballs. They are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce. You can also use them in sandwiches, salads, or pasta dishes.

Conclusion:

Carrabba's Italian Grill Meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course.
