2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cinnamon stick
Fresh dill sprigs
Breadsticks, crackers and/or raw vegetables

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add the feta, mozzarella, onion and cayenne ; mix well.
